Reading xls or xlsx files in C# and convert the columns to a dictionary
I have an xls file in the below format.
I want to read this file and convert each column to a key and values to Dictionary.
Also, I want to add each key with a certain value as a pair.
P.S. Here, each new record should be appended as a new key with its corresponding values. For example, first record should be [1] and rest of the records should be added as its key.
I have looked into the below link and have tried the code,
I am not able to figure out how to loop through each rows and convert it to a dictionary.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
